In more than half of the occasions that we offer advice to Clients – there is no charge to the Client whatsoever
There are many situations in which we can assist Clients - that can be resolved with free advice given over the telephone - or directing them to specific areas on this Web-Site
In these circumstances there is no need for us to charge the Client - this alone sets us apart from other 'alleged' Advisory Companies - who often have a hidden agenda in their dealings with Clients - in many cases it is no more than an integral part of their overall sales process
In the event that the work and/or services that we carry out - at your request - on your behaf do incur charges - we will inevitably charge for these
There are no secrets or hidden charges in what we do for our Clients - our services, costs & charges are recorded below for all to see - and certainly no commission charges on monies recovered
The Bank/Card Issuer will be dealing direct with you the Client - and all Refunds/Compensation/Damages will be forwarded to you
All we ask - and greatly appreciate - is a courtesy call from you to inform ARC when your claim/refund has been completed

1. Avoiding Resale & Cashback Fraud

There is no charge for this service whether you choose to phone in or request by e-mail
2. Recovering Monies Already Spent
On your instruction - and using information supplied by you - we will raise the necessary documentation for onward posting to your Bank/Card Issuer for the recovery of monies paid out in any transaction that has breached existing Consumer Protection Legislation
Albeit that we are not a 'no win no fee' Company - we will never charge you in advance for this service - payment to ARC is only due & payable once you have agreed for us to act on your behalf
There is a one-off fee for this service due when and only when you have received this Legally prepared documentation
There are no additional fees whatsoever - the cost per Document raised is £97.74 - which includes the cost of such being despatched by Recorded Delivery - to be signed for

It should be noted that we never take on any case unless it is a cut and dried case for money recovery - our track record is to date is 100%

3. CashBack/Reclaim Recovery Package
This service entails significantly more research and preparation to assess the Clients eligibility to recover these monies for several reasons:
1. The amounts involved with CashBack/Reclaim cases are usually considerably more than a Resale Fraud case which generally average money recovery for the Client ranging from around as little as +/-£800 up to an approximate maximum of +/-£2000
2. As the money recovery in these cases are normally in the high four figure to the five figure range - the Banks/Card Issuers will insist that there are sufficient grounds for them to refund these larger amounts
3. Due to the average payout being several thousands of Pounds - there will more often than not be a higher degree of return communication - and the process can take several months as opposed to several weeks
Conseqently our charges for this service is higher than in 2 above - this charge is £455.74 - and albeit that this may seem to be comparatively higher - it usually represents a much lower amount when expressed as a percentage of monies recovered
Furthermore - in these cases we do offer a Deposit and Interest Free Option to spread the cost during the money recovery process
Once again - we never take on any case unless it is a cut and dried case for money recovery* - our track record is to date is again100%
(*Providing that the Total Contract Value does not exceed £30 000)
There are occasions where the experience that the Client has been through is so complex and/or complicated enough that in order to decipher the paperwork involved to determine the sequenceof events that have brought the Client to this stage and/or situation.
In this event - in order for the Documentation to be raised - a far more comprehensive process has to be observed to ensure that all of the Legalities are addressed correctly to ascertain where the liability lies - in many cases with more than one Company
These situations usually arise whent the Client has dealt with multiple Companies/Retailers over the years - and subsequently there is a slightly higher charge of £154.77

Every single financial agreement that we enter into and conduct with our Clients are always transacted through Barclay's Bank here in the UK under the umbrella of all the safeguards that are embraced by all existing Consumer Protection Legislation - or securely through our Pay Pal Facility - this/these Processes are explained on our Payment Protection Page
