How do I recover my money?

Recovering monies that you have paid through a Timeshare Scam or if you have been defrauded by a Credit Card Scamster - can be a very complex and complicated area that requires considerable guidance to those who are not familiar with the process that is necessary for you to achieve satisfaction - and the ultimate goal which is of course - recovering your money

It is imperative that you follow certain guidelines during this procedure - if you do not do this - or are unaware of your legal rights - it is very easy to become demotivated by the answers, excuses or explanations that are given to you by your Financial Organisation's Telephone Room Operators

More often than not your call will be fielded by these - often under-qualified - Telephone Operators who's instructions are deliberately directed to deter you from proceeding any further - there are several reasons for this

The Bank or Credit Card Issuer is well aware of their liability and will actively discourage you from pursuing your claim - even though they are ultimately responsible for any loss you have incurred

Why?

Most Banks and Credit Card Companies will actively discourage Clients from pursuing this kind of activity as it ties up valuable manpower & resources -

Only the most persistent customers will achieve a result from their respective Bank or Merchant Service Provider (Credit Card Issuer) - our advice in these circumstances is to be patient - the Bank or Card Issuer will eventually have to relent and refund your money - in full

The documentation that we supply accelerates this process considerably as we are aware of which particular part of the relevant legislation applies to your individual situation - and then custom design these templates to address your individual needs

What the Bank/Service Provider doesn't want you to know...

Most UK Banks have re-deployed their call-centres to low wage areas around the world in an effort to reduce wage bill expenditure - but this does not necessarily mean that the Account Holder is receiving the best service or advice

Dependent upon who has issued you card - and there are two very different prevailing circumstances - neither of which negate the Card Issuer from their Legal Responsibility to act on your behalf with your best interests at heart at all times

This is covered in the following article:

In the event that the Card in question has been issued by a third party (i.e. not the Bank itself) - this involves an additional layer of administration - and therefore such organisations are even more reluctant to pursue your claim

There are however certain keywords that make the Bank/Card Issuer sit up and take notice - these are all included in the recovery package that we offer

This package includes template letters - which you can have supplied blank - or printed with the relevant information pertaining to your transaction(s) - these will put sufficient pressure on whichever Financial Institution that issued your Card to act on your behalf and recover your money

Do not be deterred or discouraged by what you already have been told - these organisations have a Legal Responsibility to uphold and pursue any claim that you make
