Why Use Us?
We often deal with Clients who were completely unaware that there is Legislation in place to enable them to claim monies back in cases where there has been wrongdoing by the Retailer and or the Bank/Card Issuer
In many cases we come across Clients who have already tried unsuccessfully to recover monies from their Bank an/or Card Issuer - despite the fact that the Legislation is irrefutable - and that they had a Statutory Right to claim these monies
There are several reasons why they may have failed:
1. Some people think that these issues can be resolved by telephoning the Bank and/or visiting their local Branch - this approach will fail every time - there is no process in place for Counter Staff or Telephone Room Operators to deal with matters that would involve decisions that will be made by people considerably senior to them within the Banks Management hierarchy
2. Other Clients have written to the Bank to initiate their Claim - and have either failed to quote the pertinent Legislation - or even if they have done so - have been deterred by the initial Bank response - which are generally to discourage customers proceeding any further
3. Most Consumers are unaware that there was a major change in Consumer Protection Legislation in 2010 - if they made the attempt to claim their monies before this date - it may well be that the Legislation that prevailed at the time did not offer sufficient protection
Whatever the reason - we at ARC know the intricancies of the nine Acts of Parliament - the time limits that apply - and the tactics that the Banks employ to deter Clients from pursuing their Claims further
There are three significant differences in the way that we do business compared to whatever the Client may have been exposed to in the past:
(i) We will where possible advice the Client how to proceed by themselves without charging them a fee if this advice can be offered telephonically or by e-mail
(ii) We never make false or empty promises - we will only take on Clients where we know that there is a guarantee that they will recover their monies
(iii) We never charge our fees in advance - payment to us only becomes due & payable once we have fulfilled our committment to deliver the Products/Services requested by the Client
