Finance Recovery Package

As mentioned on the previous page - this is a recently added product to our range of services - brought about by two different factors:

1.     The increasing numbers of Clients that approach us for help where they have either purchased their Timeshare Product - or an Exit Program Product - that usually involves a Cash-Back Facility - providing that either of which have occurred during the last six  years

2.     The significant changes that have been made in the course of last year (21st February 2010) to strengthen & increase the levels of protection for Consumers - specifically in respect of Credit Card use/misuse - or any Finance Facility that was taken out to fund

 such purchases as outlined in 1 above

Effectively - this protection extends to achieve several extremely benificial results for the Timeshare or Exit Program Purchaser:

Firstly - the Client is permanently relieved of their Finance Obligations without in any way adversely affecting their Credit Record

Secondly - the Client can recover any and all monies paid out in the course of the pre-existing payment schedule - including any Deposit that was paid (providing this deposit was paid on a Credit Card)

Thirdly - In certain circumstances the Client can also recover the entire Purchase Price in addition to the above Finance Payments*

Fourthly - Interest Payments made during the course of the Finance Agreement are also recoverable under certain circumstances*

*One of our Legal Advisors will need to clarify certain criteria to determine what level of Financial Recovery and/or Compensation applies to each individual case

The Financial Recovery Package (FRP) that we supply covers all eventualities in respect of whether the Retailer is still trading or not; whether the Finance Mechanism was supplied by the Retailer or from an outside source & whether the Client sought the finance on their own behalf - all of these factors are immaterial - your money is fully recoverable
